- Last year more than three thousand Americans sent flags to border patrol.jpgAmerican Border Patrol to be placed on the border. Each had an individual message attached. Most simply said, please secure our border. They were there on the 4th of July near border monument 98 on ABP's ranch. Sometime later, crews appeared to erect a fence where the flags had flown for four months. Did those messages finally reach our government? We would like to think so.
This year Americans are again sending flags to ABP asking that the border be secured. So far more than 4,000 have arrived.
On Friday, July 3, ABP will once again place these flags of sovereignty on the border where no real fence exists. Once again, Americans will be asking their government to do its duty.
Those wishing to volunteer to help place the flags should be at ABP's ranch at 8 am on July 3rd. [Contact ABP for further details]
